Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Touch Name & Photo > Company Master > Item list will be appear > Press enter on selected company > Bill document window will be appear > There is a option shown Serial---"Mention the indexing of item as per the requirement" > Then press enter & then Save.     

Note:-After the follow those steps user have to run Structure verification.
