OVERVIEW OF RE ORDER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In a business, the need of Reorder arises when the stock level of an item minimizes to a point where it needs to be restored or reordered.

• Reorder Option in Marg Software, enables the user to generate reorder of their respective company automatically resulting in better maintenance of the inventory.

PROCESS TO ADD ITEM SHORTAGE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, the user will select the Item and press '*' key to mention the Shortage as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Amlogard 10MG'.

• A 'Shortage & Order' window will appear.
• In 'Shoratge' option, the user will mention the item shortage as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10'.

PROCESS TO GENERATE RE ORDER ON SHORTAGE BASES IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Re-order Management.

• A 'Reorder on Sales Bases' window will appear.
• In 'Reorder Bases On', the user will select 'Shortage Bases'.

• The user will select other options as per the requirement and click on 'Generate Order'.

• An 'As on' window will appear.
• The user can view the Item in which shortage has been mentioned. Press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Generate Purchase Order'.

• A 'Generate Purchase Order' window will appear.
• In 'Separate And Save Order in Parts', the user will mention the number of entries in which an Order needs to be generated.
• Suppose mention '1'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Generate for Supplier Name' will appear.
• Click on 'Generate' button.

• A 'Purchase Order Entry' window will appear.
• The user will mention the order no as per the requirement and keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• The user can view item will get auto Load.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Generate Re Order on Shortage Bases in Marg Software.
