• Firstly Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Receipt Format'.

• A 'Receipt Format' window will appear.

• The user will select Type of Receipt Format as per the requirement.

• Suppose select  'GUI-Portrait' and  press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Receipt Format' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Import Format'.

• A 'Directory' window will appear in which the user will select the location from where the file needs to be imported and then click on 'OK'.

• Suppose select 'Desktop'.

• An 'Import Format' window will appear with selected location .

• User will type 'SURE'.

After following the above steps, the selected Receipt format will get imported properly.
