If Party outstanding Balance display wrong while creating Receipt Voucher then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
In Marg Software, if while creating a Receipt voucher, the Party Outstanding balance is showing wrong then it can be resolved easily.
Suppose while creating Receipt voucher party balance showing '120059'.
- While viewing Ledger account, Balance is '126059'.
In order to correct Party Oustanding Balance, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- The user needs to Refresh Party Balance.
After following the above steps, the user can view Party Balance will get display correctly while creating Receipt voucher in Marg Software.
