Cause:

This issue appears when Multi unit setup is enabled and Stock display as (Qty*Conversion).

Solution:

In order to show correct Stock on Item window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Stock Less'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Stock Less' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Less on (Qty*Conv) Type #7%' option, the user will remove the '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now, the user needs to Refresh All Item.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Stock Balance will get display Properly.
