How to resolve the mismatch of Single Party Ledger balance in Marg Software?

In order to resolve mismatch of Single Party Ledger balance, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Refresh Balances > Single Party.

Note : If at the time of clicking on 'Single Item' display an alert 'You Are Not Authorised' then the user can resolve this issue by clicking on the given link : shorturl.at/byF26

  • An alert of 'Only Refresh those parties which are not in Transit' will appear.
  • If the user needs to refresh a single party then click on 'Yes'

  • A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
  • The user will select the particular ledger whose balance is mismatch.
  • Suppose select 'Narala Pharma'.

  • The user can view that the Single Ledger is now refreshing.

  • A Pop-up of ‘Refresh Successfully' will appear.

After following the above steps, the Party Balance will get matched.
