If Marg ERP Software shows 'You are not Authorized to use this Option' while creating Replacement Issue Entry, then this issue can be resolved easily.

In Order to resolve the error 'You Are Not Authorised to use this Option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator whose power needs to be changed and press 'Enter' key.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Replacement' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In Replacement Note option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear, and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the "Not Authorized" error does not appear while creating Replacement Issue Entry in Marg ERP Software.
