In order to delete replacement issue entry, the user needs to follow the given mentioned steps:

• Go to Transactions >> Replacement Issue >> Modify Issue. Press Enter. 

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• Now a ‘Replacement (Issue) as on’ window will appear.

• Press Enter on the selected entry.

• Now a Replacement (Issue) Alteration window will appear.

• Click on ‘Delete’ to delete the selected bill.

• A ‘Be careful!  Delete this voucher’ Dialogue box will appear in which the user will select ‘Yes’ to delete the selected entry.

After following the above steps, the selected entry will get deleted from the software.
