Process to Create Replacement Issue Challan Entry Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF REPLACEMENT ISSUE CHALLAN ENTRY IN MARG SOFTWARE

With the help of Marg Software, user can easily create the replacement issue challan entry which facilitates user to create the invoice (in challan format) against the goods that needs to be replaced for any reason i.e. expired goods, brk/exp goods etc.

PROCESS TO CREATE REPLACEMENT ISSUE CHALLAN ENTRY MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Transactions > Replacement issue > Challan.

• A 'Replacement (issue) Challan Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the Date and Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear with list of ledgers.

• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• The user will mention other necessary details i.e.M.R, Tax as per the requirement.

• The user will press 'Enter' on this window.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item to be adjust.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' to save the bill.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can create replacement issue entry in Marg Software.
