In order to modify a Replacement Issue Challan entry, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Transactions >> Replacement Issue >> Modify Challan.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A ‘Replacement (Issue) Challan As on’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' on the selected entry.

• A 'Replacement (Issue) Challan Alteration' window will appear.

• Then click on 'Modify' to do the modifications in the selected bill.

• The user can modify the details like party name, quantity, type, date etc.        

• Suppose, the user needs to change the quantity. 

• Press 'Enter' on quantity field.

• The user will change the quantity as per the requirement and then press 'Enter'.

• The user will save the entry by pressing ‘CTRL+W’ key.

• A ‘Value Changed’ pop up will appear once the modification are completed.

• Also, a 'Save Changes' Window will appear.

• The user will click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
