• Go to Transactions > Replacement Receive > Modify Challan.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement i.e. bill number, bill date etc.

• Now a 'Replacement receive Challan as on' window will appear.

• The user will select the transaction will needs to be exported and press 'F11' key on it.

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Save Bill Format in PDF format'.

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user will mention the location where the file needs to be saved.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the replacement relieve challan entry will get exported in pdf format.
