• Go to Transactions > Replacement Receive > Receive.

• A 'Replacement (Receive) Entry' window will appear.

• The user will feed date as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '29-02-2020'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select a particular ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'B.Lal & Sons'.

• The user will feed Party No. as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '1234'.

• In ‘Tax’ field the user will select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose select ‘Yes’.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key to select the item.

• An ‘Items’ window will appear.

• The user will select the item for which replacement receive needs to be create.

• Suppose select ‘Acnederm Lot’ 

• Now the user will mention the quantity of the product as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '1'.

• Now the user will mention the Purchase rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '100'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on ‘Yes’ to save the entry.

After following the above steps, the user can create Replacement Receive Entry in Marg Software.
