In order to delete replacement receive Challan entry the user needs to follow the given mentioned steps:

• Go to Transactions >> Replacement Receive >> Modify Challan. Press Enter.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• Now a ‘Replacement (Receive) Challan as on’ window will appear.

• Then Press Enter on selected entry.

• Now a Replacement (Receive) Challan Alteration window will appear.

• Click on 'Delete' to delete the selected entry.

• A ‘Be careful!  Delete this voucher’ Dialogue box will appear in which the user will select ‘Yes’ to delete the selected entry.

After following the above steps the selected entry will get deleted from the software.
