OVERVIEW OF MY VARIABLE COMMAND IN MARG SOFTWARE

• My Variable Command is used to print any details on bill format or self-designed report that is not available on the Command Database. Through My Variable, One creates its own command to print details.
• In Marg Software, if the user needs to print any My Variable command in the Self-Designed report then it can be resolved easily.

Suppose the user needs to print Item Total Amount.

PROCESS TO PRINT MY VARIABLE COMMAND IN SELF-DESIGNED REPORT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Marg Setups > Advance Features > Reports Designer [DMP].

• The user will mention the report format name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'A'.

• Click on 'Page Settings'.

• Now the user will click on 'Next'.

• The user will search 'My Var' and click on 'Accept'.

• In 'Self Veriable My VAR01' option, the user will mention the command as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'SB_AMO' and press 'PageDown' key.

• Click on 'Report Format'.

• The user will select 'Grand Total'.

• Press 'F1' key to search the command.

• The user will type 'My Var' under the description.

• Press 'Enter' key on 'MY-VAR01' command.

• Now the user will press 'F3' key to paste the command.

• The user can view the command will get added.

• The user can adjust the command where it needs to be printed in Self Designed report.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save'.

PROCESS TO VIEW SELF-DESIGNED REPORT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Daily Reports > Self Designed Reports > A (Format Name).

• The user will select the options as per the requirement.
• Click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Any My Variable Command in Self Designed Report in Marg Software.
