Process To View Self Design Report In Marg Software

PROCESS TO CREATE SELF DESIGN REPORT FOR SALE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Report Designer [DMP].

• A 'Report Format -DMP' window will appear.
• In 'Format' field, the user will mention the format name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'A'.

• A 'Page Setup-DMP-A' window will appear.
• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Now the user will click on 'Report Format' option.

• A 'Report Format-DMP-A' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Grand Total'.

• The user will press 'F1' key to search any command.

• The user will search 'Date' under description.

• Now the user will select 'SL_BILLDT' command.

• Now the user will press 'F3' key to paste the command.

• The user can view Bill Date command will get added.

• The user will again press 'F1' key to search another command.

• The user will search 'Number' under description.

• Now the user will select 'SL_BILLNO' command.

• Now the user will press 'F3' key to paste the command.

• The user can view Bill Number command will get added.

• Similarly, the user will add other commands for the sale report as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

• Again 'Report Format-DMP-A' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Report Header'.

• Here the user will mention the headings for the report.
• Suppose first command is added for bill date so mention 'Bill Date'.

• Now the user will add space as per the requirement and mention the heading for another command.
• Suppose mention 'Bill Number'.

• Similarly, the user will add other headings as per the requirement and adjust space.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

PROCESS TO VIEW SELF DESIGN REPORT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Daily Reports > Self Designed Reports > A (Report Name).

• A 'Report A' window will appear.
• The user will mention the date range for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Now click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can Create Self Design Report for Sale in Marg Software.
