In Marg ERP Software, the user can print any kind of report in Compress format. In order to print reports in compress format, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, the user will press 'F10' on report window.

• Suppose print 'Sale Book'.

• A 'Page Range' window will appear.

• Select 'Print Reports Compress' from the drop down.

• Then press 'Enter' on it.

• Now click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Sale Book' window will appear.

• Press 'Alt+P' on it.

• Then click on 'Print' in order to print the report.

• Then select report format as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Index wise Total'.

• A 'Printer Port' window will appear in which the user will select printer as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Okay' to print the report.

After following the above steps, the user can print any report in compress format in Marg Software.
