With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily export any report to text (Notepad) format.

Suppose the user needs to export Sale Book report in Text format. In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• At the time of viewing sale book report, the user needs to press 'Alt+P' key 

• Now the user will click on 'View'.

• Now the user will select 'Only Last Total'.

• Then the user will press 'F3' key to export report in Text Format.
  

• A 'Save File' name window will appear.

• The user can view or change the path where the file is being exporting.

• Now, the user can view that the file has been exported.
  

After following the above steps, selected report will get exported in Text (Notepad) format.
