With the help of Marg Software the user can easily view the outstanding report of any party at the time of creating any voucher entry i. Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher etc.

Suppose the user needs to view the report on Receipt voucher entry

• So on 'Ledgers' window the user needs to select the party (whose outstanding needs to be viewed ) then press 'F8' key on it.

• An 'Outstanding' window will be appear.

• The user will mention the date upto which the outstanding report needs to be viewed.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• Now the user will press 'ALT+P' key to view the report.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Outstanding List => Party Wise'.

• Now the user will select other options as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the party outstanding report will be generated while creating voucher entry in Marg Software.
