Overview:  Balance summary report updates the customer about the balances in their accounts. In Marg software user can view the balance summary on the basis of multiple factors.

To view balance summary report salesman wise, follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers Accounts window will appear in which the user needs to Press Ctrl+F1 on selected ledger.

• Suppose, select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• A Type window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Balance Summary' Press Enter.

• A ‘Group On’ window will appear in which the user will select ‘Salesman’. Press Enter.

• Now the user will press ALT+P key.

• Select ‘View’/’Print’/’Excel’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose, click on ‘View’.

After following the above steps Balance Summary Salesman Wise report will generate.
