Overview:  Monthly Balance report informs the customer for the balances in their accounts.

In Marg software, the user can view the Monthly Balance on the basis of multiple factors.

In order to view Monthly Balance report area wise, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers Accounts window will appear in which the user will  press Ctrl+F1 on that particular ledger.

• Suppose, Select: ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• Then a Type window will appear in which the user will select ‘Monthly Balances’ option and press Enter

• Then a ‘Group On’ window will appear in which the user will select ‘Area With Party’. Press Enter.

• A Selected ledger window will appear.

• The user will press tab key and then select View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Click on ‘View’.

• A Printer port window will appear in which user will select printer port as per the requirement and then click on ‘Okay’. 

After following the above steps, the area wise Monthly Balance report will get generated.
