Overview: Monthly Balance report informs the customer for the balances in their accounts.

In Marg software user can view the Monthly Balance on the basis of multiple factors.

To view Monthly Balance report route wise, follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers Accounts window will appear in which the user needs to Press Ctrl+F1 on particular ledger.

• Suppose, select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• A Type window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Balance Summary' Press Enter.

• A ‘Group On’ window will appear in which the user will select ‘Rout with Party’. Press Enter.

• A Selected ledger window will appear.

• The user needs to press tab key then user will select ‘View’/’Print’/’Excel’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Click on ‘View’.

• A Printer port window will appear in which user will select printer port as per the requirement then click on ‘Okay’. Press Enter.

After following the above steps Monthly Balance Route Wise report will generate.
