Overview: Ageing analysis of bills outstanding is done to identify the bills for which amount is due for a long period of time.

In Marg software user can view the Ageing Analysis on the basis of multiple factors.

To view Ageing Analysis Report Party wise, follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers Accounts window will appear in which the user needs to Press Ctrl+F1 on particular ledger.

• Suppose, Select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• A Type window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Ageing Analysis'. Press Enter.

• A ‘Group On’ window will appear in which the user will select ‘Party Wise’. Press Enter.

• In Next window, user needs to press tab key then user will select ‘View’/’Print’/’Excel’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Click on ‘View’.

• A Printer port window will appear in which user will select printer port as per the requirement then click on ‘Okay’. Press Enter

After following the above steps party with bill ageing analysis report will generate.
