Overview:  Ageing analysis of bills outstanding is done to identify the bills for which an amount is due for a longer period of time.

In Marg software, the user can view the Ageing Analysis on the basis of multiple factors.

In order to view Ageing Analysis Report Salesman wise, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers Accounts window will appear in which the user will  press Ctrl+F1 on that particular ledger.

• Suppose, Select: ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• Then a Type window will appear in which the user will select ‘Ageing Analysis' option and press Enter.

• Then a ‘Group On’ window will appear in which the user will select ‘Salesman’. Press Enter.

• In Next window, the user will press tab key and then select View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Click on ‘View’.

• A Printer port window will appear in which user will select printer port as per the requirement and then click on ‘Okay’. 

After following the above steps, the salesman wise ageing analysis report will get generated.
