• Firstly, the user needs to press Ctrl+J on the sale window.

• A Switch Over window will appear.

• The user will select Report Manager. Press Enter.

• A Reports Manager Window will appear.

• The user will select Inventory Reports. Press Enter.

• An Inventory reports window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Stock Ageing Analysis’. Press Enter.

Then a Stock ageing window will appear with some options:

 a. Value/Qty: Select on base of the report i.e. item qty or Value as per the requirement.

b. Valuation On :- Select valuation rate as per the requirement.

• A Select Company window will appear in which the user will select the companies by pressing space bar or plus (+) key on it or press (*) key for selection of all companies.

• Then a Store list window will appear in which the user will select store by pressing Enter on it.

• Suppose, Select ‘Store A’.

• A Group on window will appear in which the user will select company, supplier wise, salt etc.

• Suppose, Select 'Company'.

• Now, a Company window will appear in which the user will select either Item wise or supplier wise option.

• Suppose, Select 'Item wise'.

• After following the above steps, the company item wise Stock Ageing Analysis report will get generated in which the user needs to press Enter on selected company to view item detail.

• Suppose, Select 'E.Merk Pvt. Ltd.'

• The selected company item details will get displayed with the item code.

• Then click on 'View/Excel/Print' etc. as per the requirement.
