If KOT Modify window appears while selecting KOT Pending option then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears if user is using both Wholesale and Retail billing types.
Solution:
1. Close the Retail billing from the control room setup.
2. If the user don't need to close Retail Billing then the user needs to follow below steps to view pending KOT:
- Go to Transactions > Pendings > Kot's.
After following the above steps, the user can view Pending KOT in Marg ERP Software.
