How to set software should charge 10% extra charge on the extra table books by customer in Restaurant Setup?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can add the extra charges on the table booking as per the requirement. In order to add extra charges on table booking, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Books > All Ledgers.

  • A Ledger Accounts window will appear. Select table for which the extra charges needs to be added.
  • Suppose, select 'Table No. 004'.
  • Then press 'F3' on it.

  • Select 'Other detail' option'.

  • Then a party other details window will appear. In 'Bill Discount' option, the user will enter charges as per the requirement.
  • Suppose, enter '-10'.

  • Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.
  • After following the above steps, the software will be picked extra charges for selected table while generating KOT.

  • Then click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
