• Go to Transactions > Sale > KOT.

• A 'KOT Entry' window will appear.

• In 'Date' field, the user will select the date for which kot needs to be created.

• Suppose mention '31/03/2022.

• In 'Name' field, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select ledger whose kot needs to be created.

• Suppose select 'Table No. 010' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now a 'Waiter' window will appear.

• The user will select the waiter whose kot needs to be created.

• Suppose select 'Kunal'.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item which needs to be sale.

• Suppose select 'American Chopsuey and press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Qty' field, the user will mention the quantity of the item which needs to be sold.

• Suppose mention '3'.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• A 'Delivery' pop up will appear.

• The user will select the option as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'No'.

• Now click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the KOT will get created in Restaurant Setup of Marg Software.
