• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Area Wise Sale > Item/Month Wise.

• A 'Select Area' window will be appear.

•  The user will select the area as per the requirement.

Note: Single area can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key on it & all can be selected asterisk (*) key.

• A 'Selected Areas Item/Month wise' window will appear.

• The user will feed date range and select other filter options as per the requirement.

• Now, click on View/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Now the user can view area item month wise sale report and in order to export it in PDF, the user needs to click on the PDF icon shows at the bottom of the report.

• A 'Report in Format' window will appear.

• The user will select 'PDF'.

After following the above steps, the user can view area item month wise sale report will get generated in PDF format.
