In order to view area wise consolidated sale book , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Consolidated Sale Book.

• A 'Consolidated Sales Book' window will be appear.

• Now Feed Date Range, from which date to which date the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Selected Area' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'Select Area' window will be appear.

• Now select the area as per the requirement. 

Note: Single area can be selected by pressing space bar or (+) key on it and multiple can be selected by asterisk (*) key.

• Then press 'Enter' and click on Accept.

• Then press 'ALT+P' key to View/print the report.

• Now select 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

• Now click on 'Index wise Total'.

After following the above steps, the Area wise Consolidated sale book will get generated.
