If Consolidated Sale Taxable value does not match with Profit and Loss Sale value then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

Cause : This issue appears because if user has created any bill containing ### items then the software would only show the value of these items in Consolidated Sale Book but not in Profit & Loss Account. So this can cause the mismatch in Profit & Sale Account and Sale Book.

For more details, consider the below-mentioned process:

  • Suppose the user has created the Sale bill with an Item of Rs.200 and with another '### 'item Rs.10.
  • So, software will only show Sales in Consolidated Sale Book (Including the value of ### items) = Rs.210
  • But It will only show the bill amount (Excluding the value of ### items) in Profit & Sales Account Rs.200.
