• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Consolidated Sale Book.

• A 'Consolidated Sale Book' window will appear.

• In 'From- To', the user will select the date from which till which date the user needs to view the sale report.

• In 'Amt. =Rate*Qty.,Net,R*Q-D', the user can define the amount calculation as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Rate*Qty'.

• In 'Anal. on Rate', the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

• The user will select other filters as  per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept' to view report.      

• A 'Consolidated Sales Book' window will appear.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• Now the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• The user will select 'Only Last Total'.

• The user can generate Report in 'Excel/PDF' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'PDF' icon.

• A 'Report in Format' window will appear.

• Click on 'PDF'.

• Thereafter, select printer port as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Purchase Rate wise Consolidated Sale Book will get generated in PDF Format in Marg Software.
