How to resolve the mismatch between Total Bill Value of Today Gross Profit and Sale Book in Marg Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears due to Sale Return value also being displayed in Today's Gross Profit report but not in the Sale Book.
- The user can view in Today's Gross Profit report the total Bill Value is '-14.40', as sale return value in deducting in total value.
- In Sale Book, Total Value is '132', as only sale is displayed.
Solution:
- While viewing the Today's Gross Profit report, in 'Less Return's' option, the user will select 'Sale'.
- Click on 'Accept'.
- The user can view Total Bill Value as displaying '132' in Today's Gross Profit Report.
After following the above steps, the user can resolve the Mismatch between Total Bill Value of Today Gross Profit and Sale Book in Marg Software.
