• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Party Wise Sale > Sale/Collection/O/S.

• The user will select the Account Group for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors' and press 'Enter' key.

The user will select the below options as per the requirement.

a. From: Mention the date from which report needs to be view.

b. To: Mention the date upto which report needs to be view.

c. Selected Station: Select 'Yes' if need to view report for selected station otherwise keep it as 'No'.

d. Selected Area: Select 'Yes' if need to view report for selected area otherwise keep it as 'No'.

e. Selected M.R.: Select 'Yes' if need to view report for selected Mr otherwise keep it as 'No'.

f. Selected Route: Select 'Yes' if need to view report for selected Route otherwise keep it as 'No'.

g. Selected Party: Select 'Yes' if need to view report for selected Party otherwise keep it as 'No'. 

Now, the user will click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party wise Sale / Collection / Outstanding report will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
