• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > S/R, Brk, Rep/###, Other > S/R,Brk,Rep & ### Bills.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. S/R,Rep,###,Brk: The user will select the type of transactions that need to be viewed in the report.

b. Index On: The user will select the indexing method in which the report needs to be viewed.

c. From: The user will feed the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

d. To: The user will feed the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

e. COMPAN: The user will select the Company for which the report needs to be viewed. 

f. More: The user will select 'Y' for more filter options as per the requirement.

g. Party: The user will select 'Y' to view the report for a particular party otherwise keep it as 'No'.

h. Item: The user will select 'Y' to view the report for a particular item otherwise keep it as 'No'.

Now the user will click on 'View/Print' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale Return / Breakage Expiry / Replacement and Other report will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
