If " No Record Found " error appears while Viewing Sale Book then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the software displays a 'No Record Found' error while viewing the Sale Book, then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
  • Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on Search In All’ option.

  • The user will search 'Own' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Reports A-All O-Own S-Own Same Date' option, the user will select 'A'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the " No Record Found " error will be resolved in Marg ERP Software.
