In Marg ERP Software, the user can generate the Amend Report. This report allows the user to view the bills in which any changes have been made after saving. It helps in tracking and displaying detailed information about the modifications made in the bills.

In order to view the Amendment Report, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Sale/Amendment/Collection > Amended.

• The user will select the company as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All companies. 

The user will select the filters as per the requirement.

a. From: The user will enter the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

b. To: The user will enter the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

c. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name to view the operator report.

d. Terminal: If the user is working in Multi user environment so here user can mention the Terminal/System name for which the user wants to generate the report.

e. Order From App/Non App: The user can include sale orders from the app and non-app.

f. Bill No. From: The user can define the Bill number from which we will generate the report.

g. To: Here the user can define the End Bill number upto which we will generate the report.

h. Cash/Credit/Discount: If the user needs to view the report only for Cash Billing so select Cash otherwise, select Credit for credit bills.

i. Batch Wise Summary: If the user needs to view the report batch wise then select 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

j. Amt.=Rate*Qty, Net, R*Q-D: The user can define the Amount calculation as per the requirement.

k. Rate: Select on which Rate the user needs to view the report.

l. With Challan: If the user needs to include the Challan, then select 'Yes' so that this report contains the value and item details of Including Challan.

m. More Item Selection: If the user needs to select more filters, then select 'Yes'.

n.Selected Item: If user wants the report of any specific items then select this option 'Yes' otherwise keep it as on.

o. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular station otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

p. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report in a particular Area otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

q. Selected M.R.: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular M.R. otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

r. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Route otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

s. Selected Party: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Party otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Now, click on 'View/Print' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Amendment report will be generated in Marg ERP Software.
