In Marg Software, the user can easily view the Salesman(M.R.) wise Collection Report

as per the requirement. To view M.R. wise collection report, the user needs follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > M.R Wise Sale > Sale/Collection Analysis.

• A 'Sale/Collection Analysis' window will appear.

a. As On Date: The user will mention the date upto which the reports needs to be view.

b. Report: The user will select type of report as per the requirement i.e. Monthly collection, Sale & collection.

c. Less Payment: The user will select 'Yes' if needs to less the amount of Payment Receive against sale otherwise keep the option 'No'.

d. Series: The user will mention the series of the bill whose report needs to be viewed.

e. Single A/C Group: The user will select 'Yes' to view the particular account group wise sale report other wise keep the option 'No'.

f. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Station wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

g. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Area wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

h. Selected M.R. : The user will select 'Yes' to view particular M.R. wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

i. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Route wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

 Then click on 'View/Print' option as per the requirement.

Suppose, Click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view M.R wise Collection Report in Marg Software.

1. Go to Books > Collection Reports > M.R. Collection.

2. A 'M.R. Collection' window will be appear. Feed date range.

3. In 'Report type' option, the user will select type of report as per the requirement i.e. Summary, Register etc.

4. Then click on 'View/Print' option

5. Thereafter a 'Select M.R.' window will appear. Press 'Spacebar' key to select M.R. and then press 'Enter' key on it to view M.R. wise collection report.
