• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Tpt./Order/Dispatch Document > Dispatch/Order Register.

An 'Order Register' window will appear.

a. From: Select the date from which the user needs to view the report.

b. To: Select the date upto which the user needs to view the report.

c. Index On: Select the option on which basis report needs to be index.

d. Bill Detail: Select the option as 'Yes' if needs to view Bill detail if not required keep it as 'No'.

e. Day/Party wise Total: Select the option whether needs Day wise Total or Party wise Total.

f. With Challan: Select whether to view the Party wise Sale report with challan or without challan.

g. With Landing Cost: Select the option as 'Yes' if needs to view report with Land Cost if not required keep it as 'No'.

h. Order Number: Mention the Order number to view for single order detail.

i. Operator Name: If the user needs to view the Party wise Sale Report operator wise, then select the operator.

j. Terminal: Specify the name where the system is operating.

k. Order From App/Non App: The user can include sale order from app and non app.

l. + Stock less: Select the option as per the requirement.

No: Select the option if needs to view Sale Bill without Stock Issue Bills.

Yes: Select the option if needs to view Stock Issue Bill with Sale Bill.

Only: Select the option if needs to view only Stock Issue Bill in report.

m. Filter for order: Select the option to filter order as per the requirement.

n. Selected Station: If the user needs the report of any specific Station then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Station.

o. Selected Area: If the user want the report of any specific Area then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Area.

p. Selected M.R: If the user want the report of any specific M.R then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific M.R.

q. Selected Route: If the user want the report of any specific Route then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Route.

r. Selected Party: If the user want the report of any specific Party then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Party.

q. Print Separate: Select the option to print report separate.

Now click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale Dispatch Order Register will get generate in Marg Software.
