For Set M.R Commission on the bases of Collection follow the below steps :

First you have to create Ledger of M.R under Group Sundry Creditors Field Staff and define Commission on the bases of Collection in % in which you want to give

Second : Create Sale Bill with Selected M.R and Save 

Third :  Received the Payment from that particular party

Fourth : for view the total Commission of M.R then Go to Report=> Sale Analysis=> Incentive/Claims=> Field Staff Incentive=> Incentive Statement=> Select M.R=> Feed Date=> select filter option as per requirement=> Click on view M.R Commission on the bases of Collection.
