• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > M.R. Wise Sale > Sale/Collection Analysis.

A ‘Sale/collection Analysis’ window will appear.

The user will select the other options as per the requirement.

a. As on Date: Enter the date up to which the user needs to view the report of Sale/collection analysis.

b. Report: Select the option to view the report for 'Sales and Collection'.

c. Less Payment: The user will select 'Yes' if needs to less the amount of Payment Receive against sale otherwise keep the option 'No'.

d. Series: The user will mention the series of the bill whose report needs to be viewed.

e. Single A/C Group: The user will select 'Yes' to view the particular account group wise sale report other wise keep the option 'No'.

f. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Station wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

g. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Area wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

h. Selected M.R. : The user will select 'Yes' to view particular M.R. wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

i. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to view particular Route wise report otherwise keep the option 'No'.

Then click on 'View/Print' option as per the requirement.

Suppose Click on 'View'.

• A ‘Sale /Collection / Analysis’ report will get generate.

• The user can generate the report in Excel/PDF as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on ‘PDF’.

• A ‘Report in format’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘PDF’.

After following the above steps, Sale /Collection Analysis report will get generate in PDF Format.
