A Sales Analysis report shows whether sales are increasing or declining. During the fiscal year, sales managers may analyze the trends in the report to determine the best course of action.

In Marg Software, the user can view the Sale report on the basis of multiple factors.

To view M.R. wise Sale/Collection/Outstanding Report, the user needs to follows the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > M.R. Wise Sale > Sale/Collection/O/s.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• Select M.R’s ledger and then press 'Enter' on it.

An 'Abstract' window will appear.

1. From Date: Enter the date from which the user needs to view the M.R. wise Sale/collection/O/s Report.

2. To Date: Enter the date upto which the user needs to view the M.R. wise Sale/collection/O/s Report.

3. Selected Station: If we want the report of any specific station then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific station.  

4. Selected Area: If the user needs to view the report of any specific Area then select this option 'Yes' so it will ask to select the specific Area.

5. Selected Route: If the user needs to view the report of any specific Route then select this option 'Yes' so it will ask to select the specific Route.

6. Selected Party: If the user needs to view the report of any specific Party then select the option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Party.

Now, the user can 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps M.R. wise Sale/Collection/Outstanding Report will get generate.
