In Marg Software user can easily view the all collection for bills on the bases of M.R. (Salesman) for a specified period. This report also provides the detailed information for collections of bills.

In order to view M.R. wise Bill Collection Ageing report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > M.R. Wise Sale > Bill Collection Ageing.

A ‘Collection report’ window will appear where the user will select options as per the requirement.

a. Statement From:  Enter from which date the user needs to view the M.R. wise Bill Collection Ageing Report.

b. To: Enter upto which date the user needs to view the M.R. wise Bill Collection Ageing Report.

c. Bill’s: Select the option as per the requirement.

Transaction: With this option user can view the report of only transacted bill.

All: With this the user can view the report for all.

d. Cr. Days from Bill: Select the option if the user needs to view the report on bases of credit days of the bills.

e. Cr. Days Default: Select the option if the user needs to view the report on the bases of default credit days set in the bills.

f. Days from Date: Select the option as per the requirement.

1. Due: With this option the user can view the report on the bases of due date of bills.

2. Bill: With this option the user can view the report on the bases of bill date.

Now the user will select ‘View/Print’ as per the requirement.

Suppose select ‘View’.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the M.R. (Salesman) as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Anant'.

• Now the user can view the report has been generated on the basis of selected criteria.

• The user can generate report 'PDF/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'PDF'.

• A ‘Report in format’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘PDF’.

After following the above steps, the user can view M.R. wise Bill Collection Ageing report will get generate in PDF Format.
