• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Item Wise Sale > Party/Month Wise.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on item whose report needs to be view.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. From-To: The user will feed the date range for which the report needs to be viewed.

b. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name to view the operator report.

c. 80Column/132 Column Paper: The user will set a column on bill format as per the requirement.

d. Stock Less: The user will set the option as follows.

Yes: To view the report with Stock Issue transaction details.

No: To view the report without  Stock Issue transaction details.

Only: To view reports of only Stock Issue transaction details.

e. Challan: Select 'Yes' to view report with challan or select 'O' to only view the challan otherwise keep it as 'No'.

f. Value in Rs./Thousands/Lakhs: The user will set the option to view the amount value in formats i.e. Rs. , thousand, Lakhs.

g. Amt=Rate*Qty,Net, R*Qt-Disc.: The user can define the amount calculation as per the requirement.

h. All/Selected: The user will set 'S' to view the report of Selected Company otherwise keep the option as 'A' to view All Company.

i. Terminal: If working in a multi-user environment the user can mention the Terminal/System Name for which the report needs to be generated.

j. Order from App/Non App: The user can include sale orders from the app and non-app.

k. Top 10 in Qty/Value/All/Trans.: The user will set the option to view the top 10 quantity/value/all/transaction wise reports.

l. Net/Sale/SR/BE/Rep/PD/Smp/Stf: The user will select the option on which bases report needs to view i.e. net sale, sale, sale return, brk/exp issue, replacement issue, or store transfer wise.

m. Value in Decimal: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the value in decimal.

n. Qty/Cases/Box/Value/(Qty+Free)/Qty+Free: The user will select the option to view the item unit i.e. quantity, cases, box, value or quantity + free wise.

o. Value-Y/Weight-W required beyond qty: The user will select option 'V' to view the item value-wise or 'W' to view the item weight wise report.

p. Monthly/Quartly/1-12 days/31 days: The user will select the option as per the requirement to view reports of only selected days or month-wise.

q. Last Year Comparison: The user will set the option 'Y' to view the report with a comparison of the last year otherwise keep the option as 'N'.

r. More Item Selections: The user will set the option 'Yes' for more item selections otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

s. Selected Company: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Company otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

t. Selected Station: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular station otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

u. Selected Area: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report in a particular Area otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

v. Selected M.R.: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular M.R. otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

w. Selected Route: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Route otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

x. Continue/Separate: The user will select the option to view the report on a continuing basis or separate by Area/M.R./Route.

y. Selected Party: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Party otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item wise Party/Month wise Sale Report will get generate in Marg Software.
