How to view Extra Free Issued Report in Marg Software?

In Marg Software, the user can easily view the report of Extra Free Item Sold which facilitates you to view the report of that items which has been sold to the customer as free.

In order to view Extra Free Issued Report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Free Issued Analysis > Extra Free Issued.

  • A 'Company' window will appear.
  • The user will select the product's company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

An 'Extra free-issued' window will appear.

The user will select the option as per the requirement.

 1. From Date: Select the date from which the user needs to view the Extra Free Issued report.

 2. To Date: Select the date upto which the user needs to view the Extra Free Issued report.

 3. Operator Name: If the user are working in Multi user environment so select the user name for which the user want to generate the report.

 4. Terminal: If user working in Multi user environment so here user can mention the Terminal/System name for which the user want to generate the report.

 5. Bill No. From: Here the user can define the Bill number from which we will generate the report.

 6. To : Here the user can define the End Bill number upto which we will generate the report.

 7. Cash/Credit/Discount: If the user needs to view the report only for Cash Billing so user can select the Cash otherwise select credit for credit bills.

 8. Less Returns: If user needs to remove return from the report then select the option as per requirement.

 9. Stock Less:  Select option as per the requirement.

 No: Select if the user needs to view the report without Stock issue transaction.

Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with Stock issue transaction.
Only: Select only if the user needs to view the stock issue report only.

 10. Detailed/Summarised: If the user needs to view report in detail select 'Detailed' otherwise select 'Summarised'.

 11. Transaction/All: Select the base of the report weather to view report on 'Transaction' Base or for 'All'.

 12. Index on Date/P/MR/A/R: Select the base of the report for Indexing.

 13. Rate: Select on which Rate the user needs to view the report.

 14. Deal: Select the Deal according to which report needs to be viewed.

 15. Selected Item: If we want the report of any specific items then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific item.

 16. Selected Station: If we want the report of any specific station then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific station.  

 17. Selected Area: If the user needs to view the report of any specific Area then select this option 'Yes' so it will ask to select the specific Area.

 18. Selected M.R.: If the user needs to view the report of any specific M.R then select this option 'Yes' so it will ask to select the specific M.R.

19. Selected Route: If the user needs to view the report of any specific Route then select this option 'Yes' so it will ask to select the specific Route.

 20. Selected Party: If we want the report of any specific Party then we select this option 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Party.

  • Now, click on 'View'.

  • An 'Extra Free Issued' report will get generate.
  • The user will press 'Alt+P' key to print the generated report.

  • Now the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'View'.

  • The user will select 'D/P/M/A Wise Total'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the 'Extra Free Issued' report will get generated.

Ans.2

1. Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Extra Free & Replacement.

2. An Extra Free & Replacement report window will appear. Feed date range. Select other options as per user requirement.

3. Then the user will click on Normal view.

4. A Select Company window will appear in which the user will select the company by pressing the space bar/plus(+) key on it then press Enter.

5. Now select the item by pressing "+" key.

6. Then press the spacebar to select a customer or press '*' key to select all the customers.

7. Then click on view to view the report of extra free items qty sold.
