• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Item Wise Sale > Multi Item Day Wise Sale.

The user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. From: The user will mention the date from which reports need to be generated.

b. To: The user will mention the date up to which reports need to be generated.

c. Code/Name Bases: The user will select the option whether the report needs to be generated based on Code/Item Name.

d. In 6/7/10 Digit: The user will select the Number of characters that need to be viewed for the item Name in the report.

e. Day Total/Bill Wise: The user will select whether the Total required is day-wise or bill-wise.

f. Quantity, Box: The user will select the option to view Qty/Box/Conversion in the report as per the requirement.

g. +Stock less:  The user will select the option as per the requirement.

No: Select if the user needs to view the report without a stock issue transaction.

Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with the stock issue transaction.

Only: Select only if the user needs to view the stock issue report only.

h. Party Name Length: The user will mention the Length of party name characters.

i. Page 132/80 Column: The user will select the Page column as per the requirement.

j. Selected Station: The user will select the option 'Yes' to view the report for any specific station otherwise keep it as 'No'.

k. Selected Area: The user will select the option 'Yes' to view the report for any specific Area otherwise keep it as 'No'.

l. Selected M.R.: Select the option 'Yes' to view the report for any specific Salesman otherwise keep it as 'No'.

M. Selected Route: Select the option 'Yes' to view the report for any specific Route otherwise keep it as 'No'.

n. Selected Party: Select the option 'Yes' to view the report for any specific Party otherwise keep it as 'No'.

Now, click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

• The user will select the companies as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select all companies. 

• The user will select the items as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Item or Press Asterisk '*' key to select all items. 

After following the above steps, the user can view the Date wise Item Party Sale Report will be generated in Marg ERP Software.
