• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Discount Statement > Company Discount Analysis.

An 'Abstract' window will appear.

a. From: The user will mention from which date report needs to be view.

b. To: The user will mention till which date report needs to be view

c. Stock Less: The user will select the option as following:

No: The user will select 'No' to view report without stock issue transactions.

Yes: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with stock issue transactions.

Only: The user will select 'Only' to view only report of stock issue transactions.

d. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to view report selected Station wise, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

e. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to view report selected Area wise, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

f. Selected M.R: The user will select 'Yes' to view report selected M.R wise, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

g. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to view report selected Route wise, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

h Selected Party: The user will select 'Yes' to view report selected Party wise, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear.

• The user will select group as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular group or Press Asterisk '*' to select All group.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Company Wise Discount Analysis Report will get displayed in Marg Software.
