• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Discount Statement > Item Wise Discount Summary.

a. From: The user will feed the date range from which the report needs to be viewed.

b. To: The user will feed the date range until which the report needs to be viewed.

c. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name to view the operator-wise report.

d. Terminal: Specify the name where the system is operating.

e. Order From App/Non App: The user can include a sale order from the app and nonapp.

f. Bill Number From-To: The user can mention the bill number range or particular bill no. for which the report needs to be viewed.

g. Cash/Credit/Discount: The user can select credit, cash, and discount for the basis of the bill.

h. Less Returns: Select the option to less the return entry from the report.

i. Stock Less: The user will set the option as follows.

Yes: To view the report with Stock Issue transaction details.

No: To view the report without  Stock Issue transaction details.

Only: To view reports of only Stock Issue transaction details.

j. All Item No/Yes/Sum: Select the option as per the requirement.

k. Amt=Rate*Qty, Net, R*Qt-Disc.: The user can define the amount calculation as per the requirement.

l. Rate: Select the rate at which the report needs to be viewed.

m. With Challan:

n. Selected Item: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report Item wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

o. Selected Station: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report station wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

p. Selected Area: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report Area wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

q. Selected M.R.: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report M.R. wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

r. Selected Route: The user will set option 'Yes' to view the report Route wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

s. Selected Party: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report Party wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

• The user will select the item's company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• Suppose press '*' key to select all companies.

• The user will select the item as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Item or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Item. 

• Suppose press '+' key to select the company.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item wise Volume Discount Summary in Marg Software.
