• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Sale Book. Press Enter.

• The sale book window will appear. Feed date range. Select other filter options as per the requirement.

• Now, click on Accept.

• A sales book as on window will appear where the user needs to press 'Alt+P' then click on view.

• Then click on 'View'.

• Select Report type as per the requirement i.e. (i)-D/P/M/A wise total (ii)- Only last total.

• The report will appear then click on PDF sign which is shown at the bottom of the report window.

• Thereafter a Printer Port window will appear. Select printer port as per the requirement then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the Sale Report will get generated in PDF format.
