• Go to Reports > Sales Analysis > Free issued analysis > Free issued. 

• A 'Select Company' window will appear in which the user will Select the company .Press 'Enter'.

Note: The user can select single company by pressing the 'Spacebar/Plus' (+) key or select all companies by pressing '*' key.

• A 'Free issued' window will appear.

• Feed date range. Select other filter options as per the requirement.

• Then the user will click on 'View'.

• A 'Free Issued' window will appear.

• The use will press 'Alt+P' key .

• The user can select the format View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

• Then user will select 'D/P/M/A Wise Total'.

After following the above steps Free Item qty Sold report gets generated.
