To Mail any report(for eg:-Consolidated sale book) from software so please follow below steps:-

Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Consolidated Sale Book >  Consolidated Sale Book window will be appear > Feed date range > Select options as per the user requirement > Then click on Accept > Sale book window will be appear > Press "ALT+P" then click on view > Report format type will be shown > User have to select as per the requirement---D/DP/M/A wise total/Only last total > Then user have to click on E-mail option which is located at the bottom of the screen > Marg mailer window will be appear > User have to feed their mail id of recipient and then click on E-mail button. 

NOTE:-E-mail setup is required for sending report through mail from the software.
